1)My name is Orkhan. My name is quite a popular name in Azerbaijan. I'm 16. I live in Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan. B aku is an ancient and beatiful city. I come from an avarage Azerbaijan family. There are four of us: my mother, father, sister and me. I'm in the 10th form. I am good at Maths, Geography, English and computer classes. I'm crazy about computers. I enjoy playing games. I can write programs, draw, listen to music or make music on my computer. I'm fond of reading detective and fantastic stories. I also read books by classic writers. I enjoy listening to music such as pop, rock, classic, rap. I'm fond of sports. I play basketball and I 'm a member of a basketball team. I like playing football, voleyball and driving a car.I always follow rallies
I can say I'm a good organizer, with the help of my friends I often organize charitable events for the children of orphaned house.
I want you to know that I'm an easy-going person, I'm also a good mixer. I like everybody around me. I try to be kind and tolerant to others. I like to get acquinted with everybody. So I have a lot of friends. I never let my friends down.
DOTCOM will be a great chance for me to meet different young people of my age. I hope I'll get more information about media literacy. Media and web technology would make this program successful for me. I hope everything will be OK in the future. LET'S HOPE THE BEST!

2) It is impossible to imagine our life without Media. I use different means of Media: books, magazines, journals, newspapers, internet, television, radio. I have read many books. At present I am reading a book by Chingiz Abdullayev who is very popular in Europe and Azerbaijan. This book is called 'Blue Angels'. This is a dedective novel. In my free time I play different video games: 'Call of duty', 'Underground', 'Country Strike', 'GTA'. I'm fond of watching movies. My favourite ones are 'The Patriot' and 'Troya'. As I mentionet I'm fond of cars. I'm reading auto magazines. I have a big colletion of 'Auto Bild' I have subcribed to. I regularly read sports newspapers. My favourite is ' Het-trick'-football newspaper. I like to listen to the music of Linkin Park, Green Day, H.O.S.T Alliance-local rap group.
In fact Internet is a part of my life. Every day I use Internet. It helps me a lot. When I work on projects I find information I need on Internet. When using this media means I enlarge my worldoutlook, get well-informed, raise my mood, get acquinted with different cultures, find similarities and differences.
3) I think every community has its own problems, as we live near the central market every day we face with different environmental problems. It is very noisy. People selling different food products make our city dirty. We-students try to stop this pollution. Sometimes we can successed but our problems are not over. The other problem is we have few youth clubs. I think if we have different kinds of clubs we can attend in our free time.
4) Though we live in different countries we share the common world. With the help of DOTCOM I will be able to share my thoughts and knowledge with my partners from the USA. I'll make interesting Power Point presentation focused on the history, culture, traditions and cuisine of my country in order to my partners know about my country, traditions and attractions.
I hope I'll find real friends from the USA and be a friend myself in DOTCOM!
